How can I choose the right size?

Can I add an item to my order?
We can’t add an item to an existing order, but you can place a new order and you can request combined shipping by emailing us at email@example.com.

When will I receive my order?
Our current turnaround time is 2 - 4 weeks and delivery times for different regions are as follows:
Europe - 5 to 10 business days
US, Canada, Australia - 1 to 3 weeks
Rest of the world - 1 to 4 weeks
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! However, currently we are not shipping to Australia due to COVID-19 ban.
What carrier services do you use?
We ship through Lithuanian postal service.
Can I track my order?
We send all packages through registered mail, so all orders can be easily tracked!
Can I update the shipping address on my order?
Yes, as long as you order has not been dispatched yet. Email us at email@example.com if you’d like to change your shipping address (provide us with your order number, name and surname).

Do you offer exchanges?
It is possible to exchange an item if the size is not the right fit, as long as the size you want is still available. In this case, you will have to cover additional shipping fees (you will not have to cover the shipment of the new item if your order qualifies for free shipping).
Do you offer refunds?
We do! However, the item must be in its original condition and the refund must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
How can I return an item?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and name. We will then ask you to follow a return procedure.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
We cannot cover or refund any shipping costs for returned items.
When will I receive my refund?
When the return procedure is followed correctly, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. If you’d like to return something, contact us at email@example.com.
My order arrived damaged. What can I do?
If an order arrives damaged, we provide you with an option to either exchange it for a new one or keep the damaged item and receive a 30% refund. For this to be effective, you will need to follow our procedures. If your order arrived damaged, contact us at guste.niole.eu providing your order number and full name.
